Moonshine Jungle Tour!!
So, my most recent favorite artist of all time, Bruno Mars is going on tour again and I cannot wait! He will be in Tampa on August 28th and Miami on August 30th. I live closer to Tampa but still debating on which one to go to. Last time Miami wasn't so bad. And I would be able to take advantage of the late night club life, which is way better than Orlando and surrounding cities that close at 2 a.m., which I detest because I usually am not done dancing. Just for one night though, just to enjoy the long hours of dancing, and hopefully a good selection of music. Anyway, I am excited!
So I am afraid of some things. I saw him two times already, the first time being accidental, but thus launching my love affair with him as an artist and on his last tour it was more of an intimate setting, a smaller venue. I was able to get pretty close to the stage. Now, I do not like going to shows if I am not close to the stage, so I have to be a stalker online at the exact time ticket sales go online. Another concern of mine is how many other people are being stalkers online at the same time waiting to purchase the closest seats to the stage, AND I am concerned that radio stations and other contests would have gotten first dibs on the closest seats. So in this case I have to be a stalker on his website to make sure I do not miss any special opportunities. I just can't wait until the ticket purchase is finalized, the price being another thing I am afraid of. Hopefully the ticket prices haven't increased tremendously since the last tour. I was looking and people like Rihanna, Beyonce and Alicia Keys have tickets that range from two hundred to crazy things like fifteen thousand dollars!! The shows are in arenas this time around and I am afraid, you have no idea, that I will not be able to get close enough. I want to be as close so that he can see how much I enjoy his show. Last time it was like a big party for us! We had so much fun! And he would appreciate the fact that I do not use my phone and camera consistently throughout the show. Only in special cases, or special situations would I do this. I have too much fun to worry about holding my camera up! I just want to take in the whole experience and have great memories, not necessarily videos and pictures.
With that being said, I think I will go regardless but will be heartbroken if I cannot get close to the stage. On top of that the ticket sale dates for these cities are TBA, which is making me panic more and making me have to super stalk. If you guys have never been to a Bruno mars concert, GO! I don't care what you think about him. He puts on one of the BEST shows I have ever seen. The best thing about it is it is so simple, and organic and goes back to the REAL performances, without tons of dancers, who dance behind you, even though you don't dance with them, and there are no special effects. Just a great performance from EVERYONE on stage. Anything the band does, Bruno does. I appreciate his band. How he uses everyone. They are all apart of the experience, not just backup, and without them the show would not be what it is. I could ramble on for hours about why I love this guy and his shows, so I won't. Just GO if you have never been! You WILL NOT regret it!
